The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "
"We had never stayed at a hostel before, but had a very positive experience. We did have to share the bathroom with 6 other people, but that is the nature of this type of facility. We were able to do our laundry there and enjoyed the room that we were able to stay in. "
"Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"

Klar es ist eine Unterkunft mit Selbst Check-In, daher hat man auch kein Personal in sofortiger greifbarer näher. Man hat jedeglich eine Telefonnummer bei der man sich melden kann, was allerdings auch erst ein paar Anläufe gebraucht hat. "During our visit to Hamburg we wanted to stay close to friends, we needed a place to sleep and store our things in this neighborhood. The Apartment was clean and quite cozy, there were some thoughtful details like CDs to play on the CD Player and some games for kiddos."
"It is in a pretty setting, the village is beautiful, the location is not the easiest with one bus trip per hour but the service was spectacular!
Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced.
I would love to go back and stay on vacation. "
