We were two couples and booked 2 double rooms. 2 hours before checking in we received a link to go to a different a accommodation location than the one we booked with no explanation. It was a residence not a hotel. No Reception at new location, nowhere to buy a coffee or water (not even a vending machine), beach was 15 minutes drive by car unlike the hotel we booked. Breakfast was served in a run-down coffee shop15 minutes drive from residence and food selection was dismal....

"This property is wonderful.. it's out in the country. Probably 20 miles from Saracusa, And that is what the issue is: If you drive to the property, no problem at all. But if you take a taxi, be prepared to exist on only the breakfast that they offer. The breakfast is wonderful, no hot food, but everything else you could ask for in a bed and breakfast-tyoe breakfast. But there is no lunch or dinner available. "We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and we got this huge loft style apartment room which was super cool! They had left us some treats which was very nice :) The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the swimming access point which is amazing. They charge 5 euros per beach towel if you want to rent it, and have a mini fridge stacked (with extra charges) of drinks. The service was amazing! One feedback is the breakfast was repetitive, it would be cool to see some more options for hot foods (for example: sausages, omelettes, etc. Overall it was a great stay and the hotel is like an amazing maze its huge and exciting to explore!!"
