Great hotel- was close to many different food options and the movie theaters and mall. The pool was great and there were towels available. We had a room with view to the pool which was really nice. Fresh coffee and light breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was accommodating and polite. Easy on/off freeway. 10/10 would stay again

It was a rough start. My family was placed in a room with a/c that doesn't work. We were already settled in the room after that 10 hours on the road and with two small dogs, then we realized there's not a cool air blowing from a/c. I called FD and they sent someone to check on the a/c and tried fixing it, an hour later and it still did not work. I called again the FD and spoke with Leilani and requested to be moved to another room in the same floor (1st) but she said there was no availability. It will be on the upper floor. I've lost my cool when she said she could checked me out for the night and I can find another property. Man, my fam was up since 2am, driving on the road for 10 hours, tired and hungry and you'll tell me this? And then when she got back to me, she offered a room right next door (I thought there's no availability?)

We checked in just to drop off our items then went to Frisco for the evening out. We got in pretty late and when we pulled the sheets back, the bed was nasty and dirty. We had to wait for someone to come to the room and the person they said was someone who didn’t even know how to make the bed right very inconvenient for a very tired, elderly person.

A central location and decent stay!
The front desk staff were friendly and professional and made checking in easy. The room was spacious and clean, but very outdated. There was paint peeling on the ceiling, the fixtures were outdated and the showerhead made a lot of noise. The floor was quiet even though the hotel backed up to the freeway. The lobby, reception and seating area was clean and nicely decorated. Overall it was a decent place to stay for one night. Check out process was easy too, but still waiting for our final folio to arrive via email.

Great location but continuous traffic noise
The hotel was located in the perfect location for us. Our room request (a top floor) was granted. Our room was clean and updated. However, a 10 lane freeway (five lanes on each side) was adjacent to our parking lot and our room. We expected things to quiet down, but the traffic noise was constant. We were very disappointed.

Hotel room was clean and very large. We did have a couple of issues but were fixed quickly. One was TV would not turn on, turned out it had a loose wire. Easy fix. The other was there was only one large towel. Called down to desk explained the towel issue and also asked for an extra blanket. Within 5 minutes received towels and blanket.

Arrived close to midnight and there was about 10 people in the lobby very drunk and loud I could barely hear the lady at the front desk. The room itself was a bit dirty with hairs in the sheets and just not cleaned with detail. There were people walking the halls all hours of the night slamming doors. Early in the morning house keeping was in the hallway on the phone very loud and tried to enter our room before checkout. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Property is looking a little shaggy. Worn and dirty carpets on the 2nd floor. Pealing wallpaper in room 227. The handicap shower in room 227 was great.

Front desk was able to accommodate us 45 mins early. But room was just ok. Tub had water still. Lamp shade is all cracked and broken. Pillows are flat and bed is hard.
