This property is close to food stores and supermarkets. The room was clean and big enough for 2 guests. The bathroom was clean and had hot running water and a nice-sized shower. They offered clean towels and clean sheets and blankets for the bed. The property is very quiet and safe. There is plenty of parking. There is on-site laundry, which is next door to your room which is convenient. This is a great stay!

This property is very convenient to the airport. That being said if you are sensitive to sounds you might want to have a sound machine app at night. We used one and didn’t hear any flights. We loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner was incredibly responsive. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work properly and there was a new coffee pot outside the door when we got back. The bed was comfortable. We so appreciated having access to a washer and dryer.

I really liked this room, especially the fact that there is no TV ( do I'd 't realize that from the ad); less noise was good. I especially enjoyed sitting in the back yard enjoying the midnight sun at midnight, and the fact that they also provided a customer washer and dryer as part of the room. Good value.

Very charming. Bed was comfortable, shower nice and hot. Parking was right next to the building (we were on a Harley) and it was very quiet. Something we really appreciate. There is a good selections of teas and a hot water machine, however no coffee. Our host was right on top of communication and made this stay very easy for us. Bravo!

Great location, very nice host. If you are traveling on a budget & just need a place to stay, this is a great option! (Didn’t give it 5 stars only because it’s very small. Just a bed, small fridge & little table with microwave & coffee & tea options. Plus the bathroom.) We would definitely stay again!

Debbie was sooo nice and welcoming! The room was clean, and the blanket and pillows were SO soft :) The location is away from traffic and there is plenty of parking space. I would highly recommend staying here. 11/10

Simple, early 80’s style, priced right for the room, location, decor, basic amenities. Had a bsmt room in the hs., lots of pillows, quiet, even tho it was close to the airport. Room was tucked away at the far end of the property. Plenty of parking. Inviting yard. Host came outside in the dark to meet me & gave me a ride to the tour company I needed to meet up with early the next morning. I’d stay there again. Host was helpful and kind.

For the price, this was a nice place to stay. We felt safe, appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, the kettle and hot tea options, microwave & fridge. We could go through the fence straight to Fred Meyer grocery store. The host was friendly. There could be more communication about how to access and use the washer/dryer and updating WiFi instructions. We were pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks.

Room is clean restroom is clean. Walkable to Fred Mayer and taco bell. Owners are friendly. Would have been even better if there is a small water bottle or provision to fill water but this is just a suggestion. If you have a choice to choose between a hostel and this room with few dollars price difference I would strongly suggest to go for this room for all the advantages it offers. I was in similar boat hence suggesting :)

The property was the perfect location for a night stay after arriving 6hrs later than expected due to flight issues. Our luggage didn't arrive either and we were so thankful that Deborah had provided some basic toiletries that we really needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a quiet night sleep. The room was easy to get checked into, however since it was dark and raining, we didn't know for sure where to park. Overall it was the perfect place for a night stay in Fairbanks. Thank you Deborah for your hospitality.
