Very comfortable and clean. We were close to Creamers Field, the Santa Claus house, and an area where you could view the Transalaska Pipeline. Highly recommend this place.

This is exceptionally basic. “Full” kitchen but oven rack removed so you can’t use it and only paper/plastic plates and utensils provided. Bathroom isn’t great with a child height sink and small shower with bottom third of grout covered in mold stains and a floor that appeared so stained I couldn’t tell if it was dirt or age stains. Overall the condition made me question the cleanliness. Bed mattress was comfortable enough and a very basic futon was the “living room” area. It did the job but was a steep charge for what it ended up being. Owner requested a positive review before I even was able to check in and reminded me this wasn’t “fancy”. My issue was that basic things were not kept up/fixed/repaired which should absolutely be happening, especially with what is being charged. Most of these things would cost owner a minimal amount, like a canister of caulk or a tin of paint, or a small set of dishes from goodwill.

Very quiet, clean, excellent internet connection. Bed soft and comfortable. Toyo heating will cook you out if set at 68 degrees. Great place if you go out to eat. Had plastic silverware, paper plates and very minimal cookware.

The house is great, was clean and had all the expected amenities. Our only comment was the shower - they seemed to need a new nozzle. Area was quiet and easy access to everywhere we needed to go.

Positives: Unit had Wi-Fi and electricity to charge devises.Negatives: Unit was uncomfortable. No linens for futon that was advertised as available for use as a bed. Bring a blanket and your own pillows. Lighting was from one dim, glaring overhead light in each room. Kitchen had hot water only. No cold. The real problem was that windows were not lockable. The host offered the garage as a place to store valuables as a solution. This did not make us feel safer.
