This is critical in Fairbanks winters:
• DO NOT turn the heat off
• Keep thermostat set to 68°F (20°C) or higher at all times
• Do NOT open windows in winter
• Turning off heat or opening windows can cause pipes to freeze and result in serious damage

If the home feels too warm, lower the temperature slightly instead of turning the system off.
If you’re unsure how to adjust the thermostat, contact us immediately.

Corporate retreat

The property was very enjoyable for our corporate retreat. We had an excellent meeting and found everything we needed..The beds were super comfortable, nice firm mattresses and high quality bedding and pillows. Basketball court was fun. Plenty of parking available, nice long driveway. Great stay, would come back here again if we have a chance.
