This is a very nice and clean place to stay. The location is great for downtown restaurants. It’s also very comfortable with everything you need for short or long term stay.

This location met our needs very well and was very clean. Just right for 2 to 4 people. Convenient for our visit to family in the area. Quiet at night was so appreciated.

Very quiet, clean, private place to stay. Owners are very kind and helpful. Walking distance to downtown fairbanks.
We stayed here during our winter visit to Fairbanks. Everything was great - an excellent apartment with everything we needed, and a perfect location to explore downtown on foot. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful.
Loved our short trip to Fairbanks and our stay at this cozy house in the heart of Fairbanks. It was incredibly easy to get around the city in every direction. The home was pristine and had all amenities and then some. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and we would definitely choose to stay here again!
The place is small, but ideally located and spotlessly clean. Though the living area/bedroom is small, both the kitchen and bathroom were very large. Everything we needed was waiting for us. If/when we make it back to Fairbanks we would definitely stay here again.

We were TOTALLY PLEASED with this amazing studio apartment ‼️❤️✔️
We had all we needed & thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days of PEACE & QUIET, after several weeks of cruising & touring schedules …..
This property was exactly what we needed! We flew in from VA and wanted a few days in Fairbanks to adjust before our land tour and cruise. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We could walk to a coffee shop and to nearby restaurants. The host had coffee, tea, and some snacks in the kitchen that were greatly appreciated.
This small house has been beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. My husband and I stayed Thursday-Sunday. Street noise was minimal and the location is very convenient.

The location is a short walk to downtown and the bus station which was important since we were first time visitors to Fairbanks with no car. The apartment exceeded expectations. It was cozy, clean, and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. I will book this again next time I’m in Fairbanks!
The room is beautiful! And it’s in a great location as well. Not very noisy, and every business is easily accessible. The hosts Ryle and Marilyn are great. They’re communicative, and provide basically everything you would need to stay. They give you some food, body wash, towels, I even got a toothbrush! It’s very clean, and they even have puzzles and boars games. I would definitely recommend it to people. As a warning though, the bed has a hard mattress. I personally can’t sleep on a hard mattress due to existing back issues, but I wouldn’t blame the hosts for that or even call it a complaint. It’s just personally not comfortable to me. If you prefer hard mattresses or can tolerate them then this is perfect!
We didn't spend much time at the property, but it was nice to have the kitchen available and a more "homey" feel than a hotel. We did a number of day trips from Fairbanks and this location was a perfect central location to rest and refresh between each day. It was easily accessible with our rental car.
Nicely convenient to downtown Fairbanks, I liked how clean everything was, and enjoyed the complimentary hot oatmeal and tea in the morning. Bathroom is very spacious and the windows opened for a nice breeze through the space when the weather was nice.
I was able to have some friends over for dinner one night and sit around the kitchen table to chat.
We stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of June. This is a studio, so something to keep in mind. it was super clean and had everything we needed! There was even a little basket with some breakfast goodies and chocolates for us, as well as tons of pamphlets about what we could do in the area. It’s in an area of Fairbanks that’s very walkable. You can easily walk to Salty’s on 2nd or The Crepery for a bite to eat. The hosts were also super responsive. Only drawback is that there is no washer/dryer.
The facility was clean and comfortable. The owner installed air conditioning upon our request, although we never needed to use it. One suggestion for improvement would be to put something on the floor of the shower to make it non-slippery. We would consider staying here again.
great size/ location. already recommended to others. responsive hosts. quiet/ peaceful/ accessible/ clean. comfortable bed. nice shower. 2 minor comments - faint air freshener/ scented mothball/ (?) scent; just noticeable when first walking in each day. 2nd towel would have been nice for a whole week stay.
Here for work but was able to build in an extra day and a half for sight seeing.
The home is conveniently located, tastefully decorated, well equipped, and CLEAN. It is on a corner lot, in a relatively quiet area. It was a great base of operations.
I did a day trip to Denali 2ish hours, one way. Worth every minute! And a half day in the Chena Lakes area, easy 25 minutes one way, also beautiful.
Work took me to Eielson AFB, 25 minutes one way, and Ft Wainwright, a quick 10 minute trip.
I would stay here again. Thanks.
