About this property
Entire house w/garage and hot tub. Quiet suburban neighborhood.
- Entire family friendly home. Cozy, centrally located, fully remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Minutes drive to the university, train station and shopping. Walk to the World Art Ice Championship or Creamer's Field Bird Sanctuary.
Home has a fenced in backyard for the little ones to run around in without worry.
This is a new property for us and a new listing. Enjoy our neighborhood moose - they wonder about all winter so chances are good you'll see them.

First time to Fairbanks
I highly recommend this property for families visiting the area especially for military. You can get comfortable while visiting. Both the king size and queen size beds were comfortable. Thank goodness for the black out curtains since it was summer. The living room had room to spare. We were only there for 3 nights since we were on our way to Denali and Anchorage, but I would happily rent again if we return to this area. My only recommendation would be to add some bedroom fans since it was a little warm to sleep (we are from Texas and used to blasting AC during the night to be comfortable).

Perfect for a family of 7
Super clean and accommodating place in a convenient area of town. Kitchen was stocked with soap, coffee, and everything you would need to cook meals. Family room has a large comfortable couch for everyone to sit. The bedrooms are large with dressers for placing your clothing. One large bathroom with plenty of towels. Our family wishes our stay was longer than a week. This house was absolutely perfect and we appreciate how easy check in, check out, and communication with Emily was during our stay. We will definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit the Fairbanks area.

This house just right for our family group!
7 minutes from University, close to stores and a wonderful bakery (Marlo’s). Plenty of space inside and out. Friendly neighbor. Great owner who provided items for our infants. Will be booking another stay!
