"The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and inviting. The coffee, tea and water were much appreciated. I like that the fridge was cold. It was a quick walk to our concert at the Grand and nice drive to Longwood Gardens. We especially like the breakfast, plentiful and delicious. The waffle maker is a big hit."

"The room was very clean with the reassuring smell of bleach in the air. The staff was very cordial and apologized for a delay to get in my room. The lobby was comfortable as I waited to receive my room. It was an enjoyable visit."

"The room was wonderful, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, and staff was very accommodating. Although, they were extremely busy at the bar, the bartender, Mike, did a great job! He could have used some help, but I blame that on management because they would have known how busy they would be based on the events scheduled in the hotel."
