"This hotel is fantastic! The balcony view of the Tuscan landscape and the Basilica was incredible. The twin bed was adequate and fit the theme of staying at a former monastery. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel has a chapel inside (it was a monastery) and that was an added treat. The main churches were easily accessible. I cannot imagine staying at a more beautiful place in Assisi than this hotel!"

"My husband & I stayed in Assisi July 2026 for 1 night. The property is lovely - the architecture and history make it special & the staff was very accommodating especially about our room preferences. Although we did not use the hot springs that are in the lower level of the hotel, we did walk through there & it is very Roman like. The bed and linens were comfortable and our room was quiet. My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast buffet to include more hot dishes, etc. Overall, a wonderful location in the heart of the historic area of Assisi & very walkable to the sites & restaurants."

The breakfast the next morning was also lovely, with freshly made tea/coffee and a large assortment of options including eggs and bacon. Easy walk to St. Francis basilica. They also let us leave our bags there after checkout so that we didn't have to lug them around with us for the rest of our visit."
