"Uma boa estadia, fiquei pouco tempo ee durante ocorreu tudo bem. A vila não tem tanta estrutura então se for passar mais dias é bom está preparado. Apenas o café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar devido a poucas opções. No mais é uma pousada para se hospedar e conhecer a região."

"Ficamos apenas 2 dias , quando chegamos até depois do horário do check -in o quarto não estava pronto, móveis velhos, sem condição de uso, problemas com gerência no local. Não tem estacionamento como informado no aplicativo. As fotos não condizem com as condições do local hoje. Os empregados são atenciosos , e o que salva no local. Não recomendo e não retornarei mais."

"The Serbs Natal Grand Hotel provided high quality services to me and their guests. They were welcoming, and made my friend and I feel at home. The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture.
