"Denied me a room and then still proceeded to charge me 5 times thank god I keep my card locked at all times . Staff have no idea what they are doing and barely even understand you. The owner is a complete joke . Head tenants who owe over 10,000$ but he illegally kicks out other people constantly. This place also has police showing up almost every day for something . "
