"Food was very good but wasn't a fan of the cafeteria/ diner atmosphere. I definitely had issues with the soda/ water fountains. They weren't working properly. Also lots of the sodas were out and tasted more like the carbonated water. My room was comfy and clean. It's a big resort so the hallways and elevators weren't in excellent shape, but they all ran good and the staff was very kind and friendly throughout the whole resort. The pools are a lot of fun and grounds had lots of activities and well maintained. I enjoyed this resort."

"First off let me say that it was super cute to walk into the hotel and see a sign that said guest of the day!! Great way to greet and welcome a customer from out of state ! The suite was amazing and clean and big! Me and my son had enough room for us to have our own space and relax. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean and neat every morning we went down for breakfast. The pool was my son favorite. Nice pool area and the fireplace was beautiful and delightful. The market was very convenient! I will be definitely booking another stay here when we come back to Florida! Thank you Hyatt House for a pleasant stay!"

"This is a great venue to stay at and my family and I felt safe the entire time! The only thing I didnt agree with is that youre charged for parking in the hotel parking lot, even though you paid to stay there AND had to drive a vehicle to the venue. Other than that, the room smelled great and everything was spotless upon arrival! Regardless of the parking charges, I'd stay here again! "
