All good experience except that lifts was not working. They were giving complementary parking to compensate for lifts, but only informed me after I had paid for it and it couldnt be refunded..

Excellent hotel for a stop over. staff very helpful and friendly, food was excellent (especially breakfast) and all reasonably priced. The hotel is next to a Rugby stadium with not a lot else around. Great views from the bar and restaurant.

Lovely room (204, junior suite). Only negative was the view out of the room to the commercial bins. Staff were great. Would definitely recommend & I would stay here again if needed.

This is a perfect clean hotel stay for business people , westpoint or close to airport , it’s not for a country break although views from the top floor restaurant are amazing and we stayed 3 nights for a west point convention .The rooms are clean, new and immaculate cannot fault , Bad points not really but shame about pay parking but that’s common in city’s, and the breakfast layout was a bit all over the place , I’m finding tiny faults though the breakfast itself was fine . Marriott standard worth a few quid more than the likes of travel lodge or premier inn although I got a deal it was actually cheaper for a family of 4 . Amazing value .
