Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. However its not a big deal. Families should not hesistate to book with your children. My family all enjoyed. Money well spent. 5 star."

"We had a fantastic 7 days holiday in Side royal palace hotel, the all inclusive food was great especially the seafood night there’s plenty of options to choose. Our room 2016 is always being cleaned everyday. The spa was amazing me and my wife had a relaxing massage. The ala cart restaurant is also a must to try but you have to book it in advance. The beach area is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, plenty of sunbed and there’s food and drinks including alcohol. Lastly all the staffs are very friendly and very helpful especially Sevilay Can who I get in touch with for all my queries. "
