"Spacious room with outstanding cleanliness, quiet and comfort. Sadly, not possible to use any of the spa facilities (pool, sauna) without purchasing a treatment and while I really did want a massage, the timings of treatments just couldn’t fit my schedule."

Safe and secure off street parking within the hotel grounds, which was a deciding factor booking this hotel along with the hotels location. Breakfast facilities were clean and well stocked, breakfast service was very well served with friendly and efficient staff. "

"Booked the stay last minute for the Jazz Festival,and so glad we chose Malmaison. Alex at the front desk was fantastic,friendly and very welcoming and we were also able to park in the underground garage. We stayed in a Club deluxe room which was amazing,overall couldn’t fault anything,this hotel will now be our go to hotel in Cheltenham."
