"There was no way we were staying the night here. We are on a road trip and staying in lots of super 8 2 star hotels that we were happy with and very clean and suited our needs. This was not the same! Dirty on the outside and worn out on the inside. The surrounding area was not great and the whole property had not been updated in a long time. I don’t want anyone else to lose their money on this place. The photos we saw on the app don’t even match the actual property. But the deal breaker was the smell of the room which was extremely musty and smoky. And the sheets were visibly dirty and stained. We ended up immediately booking a second hotel. This might be a good place for a single guy working and just sleeping there but I wouldn’t take my family there. I question the rating system as this in no way should be listed as a 2 star hotel."
"The desk staff were super helpful in resolving reservations made by a third party. We thank them for clearing the computer problem at the GG eir end with you."
"The bed in our room was Horrible! I was told that floor had been remodeled but there was dust all over. My major complaint is the bed. I keep rolling to the center. The bed has major lumps and it sways in the middle.
It's obviously been there a long time. Change your beds and I'll come back."
"Room was ok. Very nice view. No AC. Not sure how I missed that when booking the room! BE AWARE! The room was 81 degrees. No screen in the window to keep open but had to take a chance. Oddly, 2 of the rooms had window AC' units but not ours. While its early in the season there has always been odd weather lately so there is always a chance of hot days and nights. Needless to say no sleep that night because it was so hot. Kind of ruined our stay."
