This looked exactly as described. We were disappointed there was low lighting in the kitchen area and no TV in the living room area. This seems to cause many people to sit on the bed to watch tv in the bedroom as the head end of the mattress seems lower than the foot of the mattress.
The house is right next to the street and road noise is loud. It dies down around 10 p.m. It picks up again around 6:30 a.m. weekdays.
We love Eureka Springs so had a good time. Will try a different property next time.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication, location
Very noisy
This place is super cute on the inside. They did a really good job of updating. Couple things, is the location is right on a main street where there are a lot of motorcycles. I mean a whole lot of them that drive by and are super loud. This is not managements fault. It’s just the location. You have one spot to park in and it is very difficult to get in and out of. One additional point is that I emailed the link to see if I could stay an extra night in the beginning of my stay and I was never responded to. Thankfully, that worked out since I did not get any sleep for the two nights I stayed there due to the noise level.
Cozy house with lots of charm. Remodel was done very well. Gorgeous bathroom and the bed was super comfy. We stayed in the upper section and being able to go out on the deck and have that view was amazing. Great location too. I think I read someone else's comment about this but the only thing that I would have changed was the bedroom is where you'll want to spend your time, bc there's no TV in the kitchen and that area is small with small chairs, however, the bedroom gets pretty warm with only a few small fans. The air conditioner unit you can control is in the living room and works great so the kitchen gets chilly but it takes quite a while before it starts to cool the bedroom/bathroom down. I understand bc heat travels up since we were in the upper unit, in the summer, in an old house. My only suggestion is to either install another air conditioner unit in the bedroom or move the one that's in the living room into the bedroom. Otherwise, we LOVED our stay! We'd stay again. It'd be cool to check out the lower level next time. Thx for letting us stay!!!
My spouse and I stayed recently from the 16th to the 19th of February. Five days prior to our trip I contacted the Vacasa company to get ahold of the owners about an early check in, and a late check out. Check in time is at 4:00 PM and Check Out is at 10:00 AM. When we paid for the 16th though the 19th we were hoping to actually use the 16th a little more and we couldn’t do anything till 4:00PM. Same thing on the other side, 10AM on the 19th. I just think 10AM is quite early seeing that you pay for that full day. 12 or 1 O’clock would be more suitable. The other reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because it was very cold at night. My spouse and I woke up almost every night around 3 AM when we were there due to how cold it got in the bedroom each night. There is heat in the kitchen but you’re not in there enough to need that much heat in such a small room vs the bedroom and bathroom which need it.
The windows hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was dead bugs in them. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors non stop. I could hear their whole conversations and even when they sneezed. I have a video to send you if you’d like.
Super cute, clean, and convenient!!! Short walk to town. Extremely comfortable bed, amazing bathroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few days’ stay. Construction on front sidewalk and next door was a little loud, but didn’t interfere with enjoying the property and they respected normal quiet hours.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay with zero complaints. When we initially arrived, a car was in our parking spot and we contacted the property manager. Within 15 minutes, the other car was moved and all was great.
Highlight: the shower is luxurious!!! We also loved the top floor balcony overlooking Main St!
All the houses in ES are close to a road so there will be some road noise, but it doesn't go on all night. This spot is away from whatever might be going on in the town but it is an easy walk to town center, and it was helpful to have no worries about parking the car. The rooms are comfortable -- thankful for the tower fan in the closet to bring the conditioned air through the bedroom door.
