Cozy split level 2 bedroom cottage, perfectly located near Trolly stop, with private hot tub, charcoal grill, washer and dryer, and access to pool. Restaurants are located within minutes. Comes with breakfast including homemade quiche, muffins, banana bread, hot and cold cereals, waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, etc. Great location in town tucked away in a private wooded setting. This place is amazing! The check in process at the front desk was quick and painless. The cottage was completely separate from the rest of the property so you have privacy but still have access to the amenities. The location is great for easy access to downtown and restaurants in the area.

It was very clean. The landscaping was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. The hot tub was clean and nice. Coffee creamer would be nice. The furniture needs a little modernizing.

Quick getaway

Cottage was very quaint and clean! Perfect for 2 people! It had 3 stairs down to bedroom, 3 stairs up to kitchen and bathroom and then 3 stairs up to second bedroom! A little different but doable! Loved the hot tub very relaxing! The front desk was very helpful and very nice if you needed anything! Will stay there again!

This is a great place to stay. All the convenience of being close to everything in town while having all the privacy of being in the woods. Clean and comfortable patsy is a great host. We have stayed here 2 times and have already book our next visit.

The location was perfect for the activities we had while in town for just one night. Tucked away behind a hotel amidst the trees makes it a private oasis. Setting was beautiful. Free breakfast was terrific and the beds super comfy. Would stay again!

The landscaping is outstanding, the cottage is cute and comfortable, and the breakfast got me going in the morning. An excellent place to retreat to after a fun day in Eureka Springs.
