Location is perfect of course; metro and Le Louvre are right there; restaurants all around. Rooms are on the small side as one can expect in Paris, but the facility overall is aging and better not be claustrophobic in the super tiny stairs and hallways (very tiny closet-looking hallways a suitcase can barely fit through). So, as a place to have a night and be first in line at 9am at Le Louvre it is perfect. But you will not impress any date over there to say the least.
