A couple of minor negatives but a great stay overa

Overnight stay en-route. Room immaculate with brilliant bathroom and powerful shower.Tesla EV chargers in car park. AC had failed but room not uncomforably warm

Easy check in, comfortable bed, good restaurant. BUT BEWARE! The restaurant is NOT OPEN on Saturday and Sunday nights - which is never mentioned on the web page. If you are planning to show up on those nights and eat, there is no possibility except to travel into town or get a burger at a very loud go cart place nextdoor.

We only booked this hotel because the details said it had a restaurant, and after a long journey we just wanted to relax at the hotel. When we arrived we were told that it was shut until September. At breakfast we were ignored for at least 15 minutes before we were finally seated. Unfortunately there was no food left to eat so we left and asked for a refund. The excuse we were given by a staff member was that it was a busy time! She did offer us all a hot drink which we appreciated.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but needs refurbishing. There was plenty of hot water. We arrived on Saturday evening and were told that the hotel restaurant is not open at the weekend. This is not made clear on the booking page. However, there was a private booking for 80 people, on Saturday evening, so the restaurant was open, but no tables had been reserved for other guests. Food outlets are extremely limited nearby so we had to drive into the city centre to find a restaurant. Multiple road works, 30km speed limit and appallingly poor town planning made it very difficult to find our way to a car park near the city centre. Not a good experience, after a long drive from Calais.

Je suis arrivé dans ma chambre et elle n’a pas été faite, je suis redescendu et ils m’ont changé de chambre pour le désagrément, je pensais avoir un petit geste commercial et je n’ai absolument rien eu et j’ai pourtant dîné au restaurant mais cela reste un très bon hôtel et le monsieur S’est excusé plusieurs fois

Appréciable

Hotel très propre, les employés sont au petit soin, le restaurant est bon, le petit déjeuner bon. Petit bémol, j’avais la chambre 301 qui est proche de la chaufferie donc j’avais un bruit de fond de ronronnement mais avec mes boules quies j’ai néanmoins bien dormi. A savoir qu’on m’avait mis dans cette chambre comme j’avais demandé à avoir une vue sur le parking pour mon véhicule. Et malgré le fait d’avoir mis le thermostat au max je n’avais pas particulièrement une bonne sensation de chaleur; mais on n’y est malgré tout très bien et la propreté sur place m’a permis de me sentir tout de suite bien dans ma chambre.
