We always stay here when we visit Eugene. We love the location. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. The property is very clean. The owners are very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Nice Vibes
Friendly check in, staff was very nice. Room was clean. Although I normally do not like to stay in hotels that open to the parking lot, this had a really good vibe and was close to restaurants. This was a business trip, but I could see staying here after a Duck Game. GO Ducks!

10 Plus!!!
We arranged a late check in, and were greeted by the owner. The room was above expectations with the small touches included. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The only recommendation I would have would be to include a small coffee maker. Other than that, this definitely rates a 10!!

The location is situated in an undesirable location. Aside from this the beds are awful. My back and neck were still for the few days that we were there. Aside from this, it's a below than average hotel.

Henry was so personable at check-in, it made me feel really good about staying at the Downtown Inn. He even made room to store our bike for the night, which was much appreciated. Clean and comfortable- thank you!

Don’t judge a book by its cover
Got in late yet check in was easy. Very friendly front desk person. The rooms are as described. Nothing fancy but comfortable, clean and quiet. Like others I usually wouldn’t choose a motel over a more traditional hotel but the reviews sold me and it didn’t disappoint. Highly recommended.

An excellent property centrally located in Eugene. The rooms are quiet and clean, and fhe adjacent parking is safe and well lit. Overall, a very welcome change from the larger chains. Would stay again without hesitation.

The people who ran the place gave us a break from an increase in price because of an event happening in town when we arrived when in town due to our sister being sick & passed away while we were staying there. Family like & kind people. May God Bless you all.

Peaceful stay
It is a decent hotel and was quiet and nice to stay. In a 5 mins walk you have Five guys, JJ, Starbucks and Taco Bell.

I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I normally wouldn't have chosen a motel, but I needed a room I knew I could get a 14' pole vault pole case into so we took a chance on the Downtown inn. I'm so glad we did! The room was absolutely spotless, the young lady at the front desk was so polite and helpful and it was the most affordable place we could find within an hour of Hayward Field (which by the way, was only a 6 minute drive at worst). I would highly recommend this motel!

Pleasantly surprised with this updated Motel.
Don't let the Motel-style appearance scare you. This property was GREAT! The front office was super friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a track competition so much of the day we were gone. Room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Loved the room. No coffee machine, but Starbucks located a couple hundred feet away. Plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops located nearby. Quick 5 minute drive to U of O campus. Was very impressed with this property and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely visit again if ever in Eugene again.

This is a nice well kept motel. Easy parking, direct access to room, no frills, with friendly people running the place. Restaurants and shopping is close to this great location. Just what you need.
