The room was clean and larger than the usual resort rooms. The mattress was very comfortable and soft pillows added to a deep sleep. Our room was part of a duplex with durect access to the pool from our patio.

Was a lovely stay have been there twice before in different rooms. All lovely and clean, great to have washing machine and dryer. Beautiful views of the pool this time. Lovely sitting on the balcony. So close to the water and nice restaurant and coffee shop across the road. A nice walk to Umina. Shops close by. Overall a beautiful quiet stay.

Receptionist is amazing lady, truely helpful, friendly and make us feels really welcome. The bed is comfortanle, spa is clean and works really well, the only negative things there was not enough kitchen equipments.

ETTALONG BEACH PREMIUM APARTMENTS STAY

The property location is fantastic, the pool area very clean. Our studio appartment the King size bed the sheets did not fit the bed and the mattress was very uncomfortable I think they need to be up graded and the spa bath was not cleaned properly. The money that is being charged for these apartments I would not expect the above.

We were on level 5. We were asked to meet friends on level 4. Our key would not allow us to do this. We had to stay in the lift until someone had access to level 4.

The address of the Real Estate Agent was hard to find due to lack of street numbering. An address describing the office as being on the corner of Memorial Avenue and Ocean View Road would have made it easier to find. Directions to the car park under the apartment building were confusing.

We requested the sofa bed be made up for us when we booked only to find it not done and when questioned we were told they coukd not because someone might trip over on it. We managed not to trip over the coffee table or the damaged and frayed room mat.
