"Nice hotel, simple but very clean room with comfortable bed, clean sheets, quiet and located in a safe area. Staff is very friendly a welcoming. Not fancy but perfect for getting a good night's sleep and hot shower! Restaurants, gas station at walking distance. Would stay again."

"The building is beautiful and historical. The rooms were nice size and clean. I have a couple of issues that really need to be addressed. The Wifi is horrible. So so slow. I assume part of the resort fee is for wifi? Almost impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower. It was generally steaming hot and unable to adjust it to warm or it was ice cold and had to turn on and off several times to get it warm again. Finally, check the bill. I was charged for in room movies which I did not use. I was told this was also an issue. "

"Horrible place. Bathroom sink broken, lights not working, peeling paint, not well kept up. Not worth $100 $25 at most. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!"

"Wouldn’t recommend. Could barely sleep because the a/c was so loud and kept shutting off and then back on, plus there’s a train that comes by pretty regularly blowing its horn."

"This hotel is a great value for the price. You're paying basic hotel rates for an above average experience. The property is really nice. Rooms are updated and beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. The courtyard has lots of relaxing space and the pool was small, but appreciated by our kids. Breakfast had decent hot and cold choices. Will stay here again gladly if back in the area!"

"The stuff in the front desk was great! At least those who I met. The only problem was the very bad gas smell and the room they provided was right in front of the construction. There was a terrible gas smell that we could not keep the balcony open to have a fresh air. Also, when I called in before booking through Expedia, the lady tried to charge me for parking, and a few other stuff and the price was high. However, Expedia had a very good deal. Besides, the parking was free and no charge as I found out when arrived. Overall was satisfied. "
