Effe at the front desk was especially helpful in our early check in and extended check out due to flight schedules. Shafa at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help arrange last minute Turkish sweets as souvenirs when we checked out. The breakfast buffet is the highlight of this hotel, and features classical Turkish cheeses, olives and honey. "
