"The bathroom was a wet room as the room allocated was for disabled persons and hence the water covered the entire floor. It was quite disgusting.
Breakfast selection was very good.
The bar had just one staff member at 4.30pm, so the waiting time to be served was 20mins. Poor staffing for a 350 room hotel. "

"The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao."

"This is a great choice if you want to explore Bilbao. Location is great, practically annexed to the bus, tram and subway station.
You can also walk to most attraction, including the old town (around 2km).
Room was big and comfortable. The A/C worked great. Bed was a bit too soft for me. Shower had good pressure.
Breakfast was delicious, they will cook your eggs to order. Everything was fresh, several types of bread, cheese and fruits.
One downsize was parking. Use have to use the Intermodal parking and pay regular rate. I paid almost 50 euros for 3 days of parking.
Overall a good stay."

"Perfect location for a day trip to the Guggenheim Bilbao. I loved the Honest Bar concept and comfortable lounge. The room is small but quite nice and the window opened for fresh air!"
