"The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Sara gave us great info about where to go to observe the solar eclipse on Aug. 12. Our room was cleaned perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade bread and yogurt being our favorites."

"What a beautiful hotel in the best location in Bilbao. We chose the upgrade view and looked directly onto the Guggenheim and … The Puppy! The location is perfect: Guggenheim across the street, Bilbao museum is a 5 minute walk, the funicular is 10 mins and old town is 15-20 mins walk along the riverfront. The hotel is packed with clever art by Javier Mariscal."

"Overall a nice hotel, clean, friendly, and with good AC and water pressure. However, two things were annoying: 1) the internet in our room was so weak as to be unusable. 2) the lobby is perfumed which made it hard for us to use it. "

Jaun on reception was amazing and helped so much with our onward journey planning & finding an early morning pharmacist. I couldn’t thank him enough for his kind attention!"

"Bathroom and room we’re very modern and clean, the only problem we have is the tv shows are all in spanish channel, we couldn’t find any english show! It would be a great place where English shows were also available or English versions were shown as well. Thanks for the modern updated room."

"Friendly staff, liked our check in chocolate! Room was lovely and quiet after staying in quite a few noisy rooms on this trip! 20 min walk from the old town and close to public transport. Breakfast was great, lots of healthy options. Would definitely stay again!"
