Maison conforme à nos attentes, 2 lits avec de bons matelas, plancha électrique, bouilloire, machine à café à capsule TASSIMO ; terrasse ombragée avec tables chaises, salon de jardin ; grande cour qui peut accueillir 2 véhicules. Le village est calme et paisible, il y a un seul café restaurant et une petite supérette de dépannage, les villageois sont souriants et accueillants.Estoublon est à proximité des toutes les sorties possibles autour des différents lacs et gorges entre 26mn et 1h30 de voiture, les gorges de Trévans tout près sont à 6 Km

Mehr Sein als Schein

Vor meiner Bewertung einige Vorbemerkungen: ich reise seit fünf Jahren über FeWos in den Urlaub, Deutschland, Irland, Kroatien, Sardinien und jetzt SO-Frankreich. In drei Urlaubswochen habe ich i.d.R. vier Wohnungen, d.h. ich nutze viele FeWos eher kurz (5-7 Tage). Zunächst das Positive: die Lage ist sehr ruhig, insb. nachts, das Haus ist groß und die Küche gut sortiert. Jetzt das Negative: das Grundstück ist eher eine Steinwüste und weitgehend ungepflegt. Das ist schade. Alle Häuser drumherum wirken da wesentlich schönes, gepflegter, aufgeräumter. Die Vermieter waren nicht vor Ort; Kommunikation über FeWo-direkt, z.T. in Deutsch (gut!). Im Vergleich zu den anderen drei FeWos in FRA war diese mit Abstand am teuersten und am enttäuschendsten. Neben den Außenanlagen war die Sauberkeit schlecht. Alle Stühle und Tische der Veranda waren regelrecht verdreckt und staubig, d.h. sind vorher nicht gereinigt worden. Innen ging es ähnlich weiter: Staub/Steinchen auf dem Boden, Tote Käfer in der Küche und der Küchenspüle, Spinnweben...auf der Küchenpapierrolle war noch ein Blatt und ungespültes Besteck lag auch noch umher. Weiteres Problem: außer im Bad gibt es vor den Fenstern keine Fliegengittrer aber massig Mücken, d.h. entweder wird man zerstochen oder die Innenluft ist stickig, da man auch tagsüber nicht lüften kann. Offenbar wohnen die Vermieter weiter weg und kümmern sich wenig um das Anwesen. Schade, es hätte mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Dafür ist der Preis zu hoch!

La maison est plaisante, bénéficiant d'une terrasse ombragée dès l'après-midi. Les gorges, la rivière et le village sont aisément accessibles à pied. Cependant, il conviendrait de rectifier certains détails de la description. La première chambre est équipée d'un lit de 160 cm, confortable et de qualité. La seconde chambre possède seulement un matelas pneumatique de même dimension. Il est important de mentionner que durant notre séjour, nous avons été contraints de réenclencher à maintes reprises le dispositif de sécurité du chauffe-eau électrique, qui requiert son remplacement. Je me permet de recommander à Raymond d'améliorer l'équipement du gîte pour augmenter son attractivité (tables de chevet, mobilier de jardin, barbecue, etc.), car en dépit de ce qui est annoncé, il n' y a pas de Wifi ni de BBQ, même si globalement, cette maison est un très bon compromis en termes d'emplacement, de confort et de tarif. Merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux (de la part de la voisine) et pour la promptitude à remédier aux petits soucis rencontrés (évacuation de la douche, complètement bouchée).
