Location, location, location! We are excited to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven in downtown Estes Park and to provide you with an exceptional vacation experience. This luxury riverfront loft condo is ideal and very popular for family vacations, reunions, members of your wedding party, multi-generational families, yet it is also a great place for a couple's get-away. Because of it's downtown location, it is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, family activities, trails, golf and events in Bond Park. The condo is in a mixed-use building, with retail businesses on the street level. Easy seasonal access to shuttle service to Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo features modern furniture and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, travertine tile--everything to make your stay relaxing.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and private attached 3/4 bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the living areas, one being brand new. We will happily provide a Pack 'n Play for your little one upon request. Games and books for evenings or rainy days.

The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, tea, paper goods and all the pots, pans, and dishes you may need. There is also a slow cooker, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have granite counter tops, tiled bath enclosures with glass doors and we provide the shampoo, body wash, and make-up remover towelettes. There is a small cooler for your picnic in the park. Ed's Cantina, a local Mexican food favorite and Kind Coffee are a stone's throw away if you prefer to have your meals or coffee prepared for you.

Popular hummingbird feeder on the balcony provides hours of entertainment during the summer.

Please plan to bring your own reusable water bottles. Estes Park has award-winning water, and we hope you'll enjoy it's freshness. In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we discourage you from purchasing water in single-use plastic bottles. If you must purchase water, please buy gallons.

We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the Estes Park area and the National Park, including local favorites, day trip suggestions, etc. Just give us a call before or during your stay.

Excellent Riverwalk Condo in Estes

Beautiful 2 condo with balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. Close enough to walk north to downtown or south to Lake Estes, but on the edge of the downtown area, so much quieter. The shops underneath are very quiet tenants -- we never heard anything except the river. We enjoyed

Week of bliss

This luxury Condo is the beginning of the strip of shops and restaurants. With the parking supplied it's just wonderful to walk out and enjoy the town and to be able to walk back in and relax in the balcony. The accommodations were just wonderful, large rooms, open kitchen, dinning and family room for entertaining. We so appreciate the listing!!

Convenient location to downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient to get to downtown activities as well as access to the walking trails. The only thing that wasn’t clear was the steps going up to the unit were quite long and the parking is just not as easy but manageable. Regardless, we would happily stay again.

Family trip to Estes Park

My wife and 3 kids recently stayed here. It is an extremely spacious, clean condo that is the perfect location if you want to spend time in Estes Park. We walked down to Kind Coffee each morning, my sons and I were able to walk down the river to enjoy some fly fishing and my daughter and wife were able to explore the main drag without ever needing our car. Would definitely stay in this unit again in the future.

Fantastic Condo

Condo was very roomy, very clean, and so well stocked. Was a great location for us. Could walk or take the trolley downtown. The deck overlooking the Thompson River and the river walk was a plus. The owners, Scott & Karen, were great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo.

The Estes Gem

We were fortunate enough to find this beautiful condo sitting directly above a game store called Colorado Games on the main strip overlooking a breathtaking view of a little river! The condo was very roomy and decorated so cute! It felt so homey! They had the condo stocked with extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper.. they also had a fully stocked kitchen which for any family traveling is extremely helpful! We can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

Perfect location in Estes Park

This condo was perfect for our week in Estes Park. We had everything we needed and it was like our home away from home. The condo was very spacious and well furnished. After a long day of hiking in the mountains it was a nice place just to kickback n relax on the deck overlooking the Big Thompson River. Another nice perk was all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We look forward too our return with our kids the next time we visit Estes Park.

Love this place!

We loved this condo! So welcoming and clean and location was perfect! Has everything you need! Family of 5 plus Grandma and we had so much space to spread out. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and people while watching the humming birds feed from the feeder! The hosts are amazing and responsive if you need them! Perfect place to stay in Estes Park

This place is absolutely amazing!! I can't think of a single thing that would improve it. Location is great...we walked all over the area. Also close to the National Park for drive and hiking trails. I definitely will book this place in the future. Oh, and the hosts are absolutely the best. We had to postpone our original trip in 2023 due to a family member's accident and Karen went above and beyond in making sure our trip took place at a later date convenient for us. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo.

Beautiful Property Excellent Location

A beautiful condo. Very large and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and relaxing setting. Four TVs. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful deck overlooking the big Thompson river. We were lucky enough one evening to see a bull elk and his harem cross the river right in front of our balcony. The beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and didn’t want to leave.

What a beautiful and welcoming rental! This place was perfect for our family! What an awesome location! We were minutes from every wedding venue we attended! Loved walking along the river to the lake!! Thanks as well for the amenity drawer in the bathroom, we took advantage of the “altitude “ pills! All us sea level types had a time adjusting to the altitude there! I highly recommend this property!

Estes Park Condo

We enjoyed the location as we close to the free bus service. Also, the parking was very convenient to the condo. The setting was enjoyable and relaxing as we had humming birds and the river outside the sliding glass door. The access to the condo was a little difficult as there were 20 steep steps for seniors to climb.

Wonderful Visit in a Great Loft

We loved the cleanliness and the location of this loft. We especially appreciated the welcome binder provided with a list of local restaurants with their favorites marked- this made it very easy to figure where we should go to dinner and not feel like we were overlooking any options. Included in the binder was a local discount card- we used this several times. The kitchen had lots of utensils and a good amount of supplies. Thanks for a great stay!
