I booked a larger room through Expedia and paid extra. Showed up at the hotel and the room was the only room tucked away on the back end of the property on the floor. Did not have any air conditioning either. Was forced to pay the hotel $88 for a room upgrade to my dismay. Forewarning for anyone looking to book a larger room.

I loved all of the amenities at this property. I wish we could have stayed longer. The sounds of the river outside the windows were spectacular.

The hotel backs up to a mountain so all of the rooms face the front which has a beautiful stream that runs the length of the building. There are many trees and comfortable chairs so you can sit outside and relax. They offer s’mores in the evening as there are several fire pits. The beds were very comfortable but it did get a bit hot at night, a fan would have been nice. I will definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again.

Great location. The rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The restaurants and stores were all easily walkable. The Fall river runs right through the property and there are fire pits for roasting smores (provided by the property) all alongside the river.

This property is extremely well maintained, friendly for families or couples, convenient to downtown restaurants and simply a great place to stay in Estes Park. It's our new favorite.

One of the best places I have stayed at! The staff was so hospitable and helpful, they provided us with very useful information of where to go and best things to do around. The property is incredibly beautiful and it’s worth the money.. rooms are clean, they have breakfast and laundry on site for just $3 per load! Im super happy with my choice and would definitely recommend this place if you want a pleasant stay.. and definitely coming back here again!
