Excellent!! Will definitely stay again! Very well cared for hotel. Breakfast was perfect, hot tub was amazing, room with a beautiful view was comfortable, clean and quiet. Beautiful walk to the lake as well.

Very well maintained hotel
Last minute stay after a day going in the NP. Very clean, spacious rooms with ceiling fans. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, cereal, pastries, coffee, juices, tea, cocoa and water. Reserved parking for easy walking. Great option!

The rooms were clean and quiet. The only thing I held issue with were the small pillows. Didn’t sleep too well because of that and the firm mattress.

The property was in a good location just outside of Estes Park with stunning views from my room with a balcony. The downside was having to go outside of the room to get to an ice machine and the breakfast room. Enjoyed having a wide selection of breakfast items, some hot.

The property and building layout was unique but the parking space was assigned to the unit and was immediately outside the door to the unit. Another plus was the herd of elk grazing right next to the hotel.

Our second stay at Quality Inn Estes Park and WOW!! This stay far exceeded our first stay. Upon arriving we immediately noticed the grounds received an update since our last visit two years ago. Check in was a breeze, staff was very knowledgeable, and we immediately felt welcome. Our room was perfect; we had everything we needed and more! The room checked off all the boxes from cleanliness to comfort. We stayed four nights and had a yummy breakfast every morning there. Staff during breakfast was diligent, accommodating, and friendly. The highlight of our stay was MS. BETTY. We checked out early to continue our road trip up to Mount Rushmore and without hesitation asked if we had breakfast for the road. She insisted we wait for five minutes by the fireplace and came back with four breakfast care packages. I don't know if she realized the impact she made on our family. We can't thank Quality Inn, the staff, and Ms. Betty enough for a memorable experience. We hope to be back in another two years. Love from TX.

We stayed in an upstairs unit with a balcony. Nice to be able to open the back door for fresh air. The room was clean, and lots of hot water in the shower. Staff was very friendly and let us check in early. We loved the location near the lake, where we saw many elk lounging around. Great location!

Very friendly staff and excellent location. Room was big and clean just saw few little bugs but I think it’s unavoidable when dense greenery is around. Overall I am happy and recommend this place!

Enjoyable stay
Enjoyable stay at the Quality Inn. Nice location walking distance to Lake Estes and just a short drive to the visitor center which has free parking and shuttle service to downtown. The hotel is older but clean and well maintained. Had a small issue with the shower head but it was quickly replaced. Overall quiet except can hear people walking above us but that was not a big deal. Breakfast was good and the staff did a great job keeping everything stocked. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations
This was by far the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First of all staff so polite. Rooms were amazingly large and clean. The pool area was clean and inviting although I didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast area is the best I’ve ever seen for a free breakfast. Don’t think twice about choosing this place for an overnight or extended stay. Just can’t say enough about this overnight stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

We were staying on the first floor and for 3 nights it was impossible to sleep as the guests upstairs were doing so much noise (like jumpling and running around) until very late at night and starting 5:30 am sharp. We talked to the front desk several times, but nothing was fixed. Other than that it was a good place to stay with great location and good service

Great location! Elk bugling right outside hotel. Breakfast was marginal. My grandchildren only swam for a few minutes because the pool was nothing special and the hot tub was dirty. Room was very spacious and beds were adequate but nothing special. Not much interaction with staff so unable to rate the staff. I realize we were here on a fall weekend but I felt we were gouged when paying for this property.

A very good stay while in Estes Park. Staff was friendly (with the exception of the man who checked me in…a little gruff), room was nice and bed extremely comfortable. Nice patio to sit and enjoy. Really liked the private parking space near room!
