We booked this property for friends and family during our daughter's Estes Park wedding weekend. It was perfectly located for all events. Very clean...extremely well-appointed kitchen...close to RMNP and easy to get anywhere in town.

We had a great time staying here over Christmas. Three adult couples each had their own comfortable beds and the common space easily fit us all for meals and evening board games around the fire. The home is clean and in great condition. Also an easy walk to downtown or the Stanley hotel.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown Estes Park and a short drive to Rocky Mountain hiking. The property was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Grocery was a short drive/walk. Would definitely book this location again.

Great town home a short walk from downtown. We were impressed by the little things the property manager had done, such as providing a very useful notebook with tips about the area, stocking the kitchen with everything we needed, and providing back up paper products, as well as being highly responsive when a problem with the internet arose.

My husband & I just spent the weekend for our Anniversary. The property was fabulous! We absolutely enjoyed our time there. 5 stars all around. The king size bed was extremely comfortable.👌 The views are amazing. Very quiet with a short walk to town. We will definitely return on our next trip. Thank you😎

Property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The three bedrooms and bathrooms gave all of us our own privacy and made it great for getting ready. The house came with everything you could possibly want. The location was perfect! The deck was nice for having dinner or just chilling out. If I had any suggestions for this house, it would be to put a pool noodle on the middle bed leg on master bed. Banged my two a couple times. Lol! Place was spectacular and would definitely stay again.

We really liked the accommodations. Perfect for our family of 4. We used it as our home base to Rocky Mountain National Park. Easy to get to, clean and well appointed. It has A/C in all the bedrooms except the bottom room. We needed it during August and after being on the trail all day. Would stay here again. !

We booked this place for a short stay in Estes park and to visit RMNP for a family vacation. The location was very convenient to town. The balcony was very nice and the views had us sitting out there almost every chance we could. Place was very clean, well stocked with essentials, and organized.

My husband and two adult children enjoyed a great time at this home in Estes Park. We loved the fact that we could walk to town, it was close to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park, it provided a well-equipped kitchen to cook and relax. The deck off the front where we could eat outside or watch the sunrise provided lots of joy! Julie was very responsive when we asked about an early check-in. Everything was exceptional! I highly recommend this place!

We loved this property! Excellent location and easy to walk into town. We saw Elk everyday outside the condo and it was easy to get to RMNP. The town of Estes Park was so cute - very clean with a good selection of restaurants. It was nice to have such a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring the area. Some of our favorite places to eat were "I Love Pie", "The Donut Haus", and "Coffee on the Rocks". Just a note to pay attention to the description since it is a 3 level house. This was fine for us but younger kids might not like to be that far from their parents.

The house was very nice and clean. It’s a bit smaller than it appears in the photographs. The beds are very comfortable. The location is awesome! It’s a short walk to downtown and to the Stanley hotel. The management company “Evolve” was hard to reach. They have a local person to contact with questions. She did not respond to my emails but did return my phone call promptly. The owner was very nice. He texted me after check in to be sure everything was clean. It’s a nice house and I would stay there again.
