Downtown Corner Luxury Loft on the Riverwalk - King Bed!

Short term rental registration number 6171. Get away from it all in the mountains of Estes Park with luxury and the convenience of a downtown location. The loft is right on the Riverwalk and main street; you'll be able to walk to shops, restaurants and art galleries on the main street of Estes Park and you're close to all the outdoor activities of RMNP and the surrounding areas.

The space

This luxurious loft in the heart of town has 11 foot ceilings, a warm gas fireplace, sky lights, full bath with an enormous jacuzzi tub, granite counter tops and a private deck overlooking the river walk.
You'll find that this loft is very quiet with a peaceful with a view of a hillside, you will feel miles away while relaxing in this quiet gem and if you're lucky you'll watch a herd of elk walking by on the hillside. Living, dining and kitchen are all part of an open, sunny space. Be sure to open the windows so you can hear the river rushing by! Our guests love the luxurious jacuzzi bathtub as well. The building is secure & safe with a few cute shops right below.
Estes Park offers numerous festivals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, golf, tennis, music venues, museums and historic properties such as the grand Stanley Hotel.
Rocky Mountain National Park is only a few miles up the road and has 350 miles of hiking trails covering the most easily accessible, pristine mountains in the United States. Hiking, biking, horseback riding are all available in the park or you can drive Trail Ridge Road over the Continental Divide.

Beautifully appointed loft with balcony overlooking the river.
My husband and I only had time for a short stay in Estes but would highly recommend this loft for a 2 person stay. Location is perfect for all the activities in town, and if you are a walker, you can take the riverwalk all the way to Estes Lake. The loft had everything you needed and more. It was well supplied with all the extras and very roomy and comfortable. We would stay there again. We really enjoyed our stay in Estes.

Perfect location, right downtown!
The listing was even better than the pictures showed. We really enjoyed the large windows, and all the natural light. We felt that it was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the location! We loved being so close to everything downtown, and went on many walks up and down the river walk. Tons of food and shopping options, within blocks.

Beautiful, well appointed condo
This property is perfect for two people. The location could not be better. It's right in the mix of things with anything in Estes within walking distance. Nice view of the river with small deck overlooking it. Highly recommend. Owner was very responsive! Hope to return someday!

Beautiful and a Great Location
This was our second time to stay in this beautiful condo. The location is great since you just walk out your door and you are in the middle of downtown. Communication with the owner (Stacey) was very prompt. The condo was very clean and we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartment But Loading Zone No Go
This apartment was stunning! Everything about it was great! The ONLY downside was every time we needed to unload our vehicle, the loading zone was taken by the same shop owner that has a store below the rental. We ended up parking and taking multiple trips to and from to get our stuff to the rental.

Amazing stay
This property was perfect for us. The location is amazing with restaurants, bars and gift shops all within walking distance. We did go to the local grocery to buy some items for hiking and lunches in Rocky Mountain National Park. I can’t begin to tell you how great it is to have the doors open or to sit on the balcony and hear the roar of the river just outside the door. We will definitely be back and we will definitely stay in this same property.

50th Anniversary 💞
Adventure 1 was celebrating our 50th Anniversary in Estes Park, Co We had planned a year out…. the condo was adorable…. after our day adventures we sat on the balcony… relaxed and enjoyed the sound of the stream directly below…. Oh and by the way that stream is connected directly to the RMNP waters…. Coffee in the morning on balcony was wonderful….. The ELK did not disappoint!!! We drove in search of and quite often they would be at the visitor station 😄 Green Jeep tours is highly recommended…. along with Mountain Tram …. This condo is right down town .. away from crowds but walking distance to everything… we toured the downtown area every day/night We will definitely return…. I have 1 request … a Kurig in kitchen would be great….

The location in the heart of Estes Park is excellent. The door is only steps from the river walk and a short stroll to many must-sees in town. We loved stepping out on the deck to listen to the river.

Awesome location & super clean!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect...right on the main street in town. The condo did have a very strong cleaning product/potpourri smell, which was not very pleasant to someone who is sensitive to smells, but we were able to open the doors/windows, which helped. There were also no wash cloths or extra hand towels, but plenty of bath towels. The skylight in the bedroom was very, very bright all hours of the day so bring a mask if you need a completely dark room to sleep. The queen size bed was a memory foam mattress, which was perfect for us...not too firm not too soft. The view and sounds of the river flowing beneath the balcony was so soothing! We would stay here again because the location was perfect!

We have been visiting Estes Park for 35 years but always stayed in a cabin on the river. Since this was a last minute trip, everything was full and this place popped up. We thoroughly enjoyed staying downtown this time. The condo is very clean and open with high ceilings. A beautiful view of the river from your balcony. The only things that we did not care for were that there is no partition between you and the balcony next to you and if you're a late sleeper, there is a sky light with no cover directly above your bed so we were awake by 5:30 every morning. That was probably good for us, so we didn't miss a minute of the beautiful days. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO. The owner was very nice and communicated promptly when we asked to add an additonal night.

Officially our place!
My husband, my 2 yr old, and myself stayed at the condo for 5 days. It was love at first sight! The large windows with natural light, fireplace, and sound of the river below were exactly what we needed to feel connected to the land while being walking distance to all the amenities downtown. Having restaurants close by was really convenient after hiking. It was great not having to worry about parking or bringing our little one with. We could easily pick up food and bring it back to eat. Each morning I walked to my favorite coffee shop (Ink and Brew) after a hike and did yoga on the small balcony. Another highlight was walking the river walk at the of every day. Our kiddo slept in a pack and play in the walk-in closet connected to the bedroom. It was great because he had a little separation but was close enough to feel comfortable. During our stay our little one started to call the condo “our place.” It’s been several weeks since our visit, and he keeps talking about “our place” and how he wants to go back. So, apparently it’s our official spot until we grow out of it! The condo was extremely well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. I had no trouble getting a good nights rest in the comfy bed. We had a little hiccup during our stay (it was 100% my fault). The host was gracious and very quick to respond. One recommendation I have is to bring a sound machine if you have a little one. I brought ours and it was really helpful for afternoon naps since the bedroom is open. I highly recommend staying here. We definitely will be back!

Downtown is right there!
Very cute one bedroom condo that is right in the heart of Estes Park. When we got in we were impressed right away at how quaint this unit was. We will stay there again on our next trip for certain. Only thing weird was the coffee carafe on the Mr. Coffee - the spout doesn't line up with the cover. Making it hard to pour.
