Had a nice relaxing week with my family in Estes Park. Great access to the park, without having to drive through traffic in town to get to the park. Will come back!
We’ve stayed in Estes Park multiple times and this was, by far, the best place we’ve stayed. The location is perfect, right outside the entrance to RMNP and close to town. It was clean and beautiful and easy to check in and out. We hope to be back!!
Loved our time at the house! It was literally spotless and I don’t use that word lightly. Our few questions that came up during the stay were answered immediately and professionally so we had a great experience with the management team. Absolutely loved the trail out back to the duck pond. Would stay again!
We've stayed at this property before and returned because it's such a nice home and the location is perfect--it's close to downtown Estes and the shops and restaurants, and it's a very short drive down the road to the RMNP entrance. The home is clean and very spacious. There are different seating areas on the main floor and also downstairs there's a huge couch and big screen TV. Everything is very clean. The river out back makes the location feel very serene and there's a walking path to the local coffee shop. We will definitely be back!
Me, my wife, and 20, 19, 12 year olds had a fantastic stay at Three Pines. Days started with a beautiful walk along the Big Thompson to a cute coffee shop (Coffee on the Rocks). Three Pines is located perfectly close (but not too close) to town and the national park. When we weren't hiking we could fish the river or just watch it from the living room. View out the back makes you just sigh and let out the stress of everyday life. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean. There was a temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs, which took a little manipulating and extra blankets. Downstairs door to outside requires a little MacGyver-ing to open and lock, but we figured it out. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Overall it was just perfect for us. Thanks for the memories!
I vacation in Estes Park frequently and this home was in the perfect location. It's a very short distance from the entrance to RMNP and also to downtown-very convenient. The way the home is positioned on the property gives a lot of privacy in the backyard and off the back deck. With a wide part of the river running just out back, the back deck is the perfect spot to have a morning coffee or afternoon drink and sit outside to enjoy the view. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and the home was spotless! It was tastefully decorated and provided all the necessities you would want in the kitchen including a multitude of spices, coffee and filters, and as many pots/pans you would need if you choose to cook at the home. After a long day of hiking, it was nice to pick up a few things from the local grocery store and cook a nice meal at the house while enjoying the view and the fireplace. The layout of the house is excellent. While we only had the 2 of us this time, it is set up for privacy if there would be more than 2 people staying there. The downstairs has a large screen TV with lots of comfortable seating/lounging and a game table. There are 2 spacious bedrooms downstairs and a bathroom at the end of the hallway for privacy. The downstairs has its own door to the backyard and seating area outside. Upstairs is the main living area and the master bedroom/bathroom. Again, very spacious, large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom.
We will definitely stay here again!
We’ve stayed here multiple times because the house is lovely! Location is excellent: river runs through the backyard for peaceful scenery and there’s a walking path the runs along the river. It’s located very close to the entrance to RMNP as well as the downtown area that has restaurants, stores, coffee shops, grocery. The house itself is very clean and spacious. The downstairs has its own living area so guests can spread out. Gas fireplace warms the house up quickly for winter stays. We’ll continue to visit this home—it’s one of the nicest we stay at!
A quiet, comfortable and clean place to stay after adventuring in Rocky Mountain National Park and the surrounding area. Close location to all desired destinations in Estes Park and we loved the deer and elk almost daily in the river.
Very nice property. Saw a gopher and an elk in the community. NIce house we enjoyed the view and the creek and the nice walking path nearby. Would definately recommend for families
Lots of wildlife activity! Morning and evening. Good fishing. Great view out the back windows and from the deck. Great location. Close to downtown but you feel far away from the city. Great house. Big kitchen, large master bathroom. Nice downstairs with large couch and TV. This was our 4th trip to Estes and this was our favorite home so far. Very cozy, fireplace, nice decor. Great walking trail right out the back door that leads you to the coffee shop and rock store. We extended our stay by two days and still weren’t ready to leave!
Great location, extremely clean and beautiful setting
The house was super super clean. The house was spacious. The location is phenomenal. We saw elk, and even a bear. Near good food. I fished every day on the river behind the house and caught several trout. I can’t say enough good things about my stay.
Perfect location and gorgeous scenery. So much wildlife up close and personal!! Easy check in and out. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and had the bare minimum as stated in the listing. Only suggestion is maybe have hand soap at all sinks and a bottle or two of water in the fridge as a nicety… Not a deal breaker but would definitely be hospitable especially for the price… Would definitely rent again.
This Estes Park home was amazing. We ran the Rocky Mountain Half marathon and then dipped in the river just out back from this beautiful property. We loved the view from the family room and enjoyed the location. We had easy access into Rocky Mountain National Park and a quick drive to downtown Estes Park. The walking path along the river which is accessed directly from the backyard was a great trail and the coffee shop at the end was a perfect breakfast stop.
We look forward to future visits to this beautiful home.

This is our second time staying here. We love this location and the condo floor plan works great for little ones naptimes and bedtimes.
We drove 8&1/2 hours and asked to be let in an hour a a half early and we were told no. This is a bummer!
We had a great time once we were able to check in. Had a little snafu trying to get inside the home but it was resolved fairly quickly. We did have to report a broken lock on the downstairs back door; however, it was never resolved while we were there. Other than that - great stay !
