The staff exceeded my expectations, and I could not have been more pleased with the care, professionalism, and service I received. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, with a great view of the bay. The patio and pool areas were beautiful. It all fell apart at bedtime. The constant noise from cars and motorcycles racing down the street - (setting off car alarms) kept us awake until 2 AM. Our friends stayed on the opposite side of the hotel and the music from a nearby wedding was so loud the couldn't sleep. I realize this isn't the hotel's fault, but it is a reality. Maybe just don't stay here Friday our Saturday night?"

The rooms were adequate but not outstanding. We had repeated difficulties getting hot water in the rooms we rented. The staff was responsive but the repairs were not successful."
