"Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving. I gave the 4 stars for the lovely person who checked us in but otherwise it’s a 2 star review. "

"Nice place to stay. Alittle different then we were accustomed to, but the place was very clean and quaint. The views are immaculate from your balcony. The swimming pool is very clean. Wish it was heated in the evening. The room didn’t have any carpet on the floor throughout. It was bare concrete, theres no paper towels in the rooms or ledge in the shower to place your toiletries. The walls are VERY thin so caution. The air works very well and the owners are very pleasant! They also provide tea and water for the guest! "
