"This resort advertises itself as a 4 star hotel, when in fact it is a timeshare property. There are very few amenities. Housekeeping does not come in unless you request it. If you want clean towels and sheets, they will drop off a bag at your door and you make your bed yourself. Garbage is not removed ..."
