I never got stay you cancel are stay and gave us another option to stay at econo lodge which was nice. I am still shock I was getting email for check in time when expedia is the one that told me this was no longer available to me. I hope I didn't get charge.

I will miss this hotel!!! The price was amazing all the time and the staff were like family !! I will never forget this hotel!!! Helped me at a time I needed them ! To all the staff God Bless and thank you for being so nice to us living there! Thank you guys I will never for get you!! Thanks for everything!!!! This hotel has closed down!!!

the door frame to the bathroom was broken! The room was also not as clean as I would have wanted. The property itself was not as clean as I would have wanted there was trash all over the staircase. The beds and linens were all clean and comfortable.

It’s cheap for a reason

It was an interesting experience to say the least. The attendant put us in the furthest room near the back of the complex. Someone had parked their RV right next to our window and blasted atrocious music until 3 am. There were many “extended” stay tenants that were slamming doors and banging around a lot. I grew up in living in motels, so I know the struggle but management seemed as though there was nothing they could do. There were gnats in the room, the floor was slimy (the entire floor) and the spa was green. I guess this hotel is ok if you are looking for a cheap bed to sleep in.

Not Family Friendly Never again!!

I have no complaints about the staff they were actually amazing!! But this hotel should not be on your list for people to book. As a mother traveling with her 2 daughters alone....This has got to be the scariest hotel stay ever!!! I am so dispointed that this hotel was even an option. I had random guys knocking on my doors at all hours of the night. One guy who tried to talk to me in the patking lot followed me to my room. Of course i did jot open the door but i put chairs and table against it to try to get rest. Then at one time one of of the random guys going to this room tried to get into our room. Tried the door then attempted to open the window demanding me to open thw door. I stayed calm quickly called to see if there was security sadly there wasnt but the staff immediately went to my room (THANKFULLY) assisted with the situation and also told them cops were on their way. Obiously i couldnt sleep the rest of the night....kept having random people knocking a couple figthing middle of the night next day the knocking kept happening. Not sure what this room had going on or maybe previous peole doing something that had random people going but never again. If you have kids DONT DO IT!!! THIS HOTEL NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. I did alert staff in the morning and yes i did attempt to find other hotels but only $500 and up were available sadly i didnt have those funds. Never have I been so disappointed and so scared and I always travel alone with my kids. Rooms dirty as well.

Check in was fast and easy. Heading to my room was scary lots of homeless outside. Then my room key didn’t work so they had to come open it every time. Don’t recommend unless it’s a very last resource.

Fire alarms were going off repeatedly, the stairway leading up to the room smelled like urine, ambulance showed up at least 4 different times in the 2 day stay… needless to say my fiancé and I were not satisfied.

Terrible place to stay

We had to wait for the receptionist for 20 minutes to register. Front desk was unattended. Our room was dirty had to get housekeeping to clean surfaces and mop floors. There were no nightstand lamps. Homeless people were staying on the staircases by our room on the second floor. Not a nice place to stay at all. Won’t be going back there again.

They make you pay $100 deposit in CASH, and they seemed hesitant to return ours when we left. We mistakenly left a pair of shoes in the room when we checked out. We called them the next day, but they had already thrown the shoes away.

I Have Recommended It!

I cannot wait for pandemic-era restrictions to be lifted, so the continental breakfast and in-room coffee pots come back. In the meantime, I could not ask for more!

Do you like ice cold showers?

I know this is NOT a 5 star hotel but I at least expected the hot water to work in the shower, the room to NOT smell like smoke and for the pool to be heated and jacuzzi working. O for 4. I called Hotels.com and they were not willing to give me a credit. Don't go here unless you are a chain smoker and love cold showers in the morning.

I couldnt believe the smell when i walked into the rm, after gagging and almost vomited.. i used almost 2 bottles of scensy fresh to even breathe in there. I threw the top 2 bankets off the bed to get down to atleat clean sheets and i used my own blanket.. i bought flip flops to shower in ,atleast there was hot water. I spent as little time there as possible. A shower and a couple hrs of sleep thats it for over 100 bucks with a dog barjing all night

It is absolutely wonderful!!They keep the place clean and quiet !! I work on the road and this has to be the nicest place for your money! They keep outsiders outside and keep it wonderfully pleasant! You have to come in to really see how Sergio works the hotel! He is awesome and you will not regret the stay !! Garunteed !!
