"We had a wonderful stay in Alcudia. We are so glad we stayed there vs Palma- it was much more laid back. The town was within walking distance and with many shops and restaurants. Overall the home was great for our stay, but there were a few things that would have made it better. -There is no dryer or clothes line to hang clothes after they are washed. (add a dryer) -Fill up the hand soap to full in all the bathrooms- by the time we got to the 4th day they were all empty. -A starter roll of paper...

"Check in ok (key code). No additional info given by agency on anything (stores, restaurants, etc). Quiet, unless the neighbours turn up the volume, which they did (and in Spain that means till midnight), or speak loudly. The place was spacious, clean and quite nice. Our family with 4 teenagers and grandparents enjoyed our stay. 2 min to the beach. 15 min easy stroll to Alcudia. Were really glad we chose this house and not one in a more touristy spot."

"Marti’s house exceeded our expectations . It is in a very quiet residential area right on the rocky beach with wonderful views. There was plenty of inside and outside space for 6 adults, and a garage to store our bikes. Alcudia old town is an easy walk away. We communicated with Marti via WhatsApp, he always replied very quickly and could not have been more helpful. We hope to return one day."

Доброжелательные соседи =) До пляжа 5 минут, идеально подходит для детей.Для любителей активного отдыха, рядом горы и множество троп. Дом находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от старого города Алкудии. Хозяева дома очень понимающие люди, огромное спасибо им за их дом и теплую встречу =) Обязательно вернемся сюда в следующий раз =)) Рекомендую. вы не пожалеете =)"

"Nice and clean house, great set up for two families and a park for the kids to play nearby. Old town was about a 15min and close enough to bring the kids. We had a great stay!!"
