"Some poolside seating was more comfy than others, but it's a great area for groups or individuals. Breakfast was a wonderful basket delivered to our front porch every morning with delightful pastries, yogurt, granola, juice, hard boiled eggs, and other yummy accompaniments. Staff was SO friendly and efficient. Bed was comfy. Very walkable to Duval and other areas for shopping, dining and sight-seeing. I'd stay there again."

"I have stayed at the Duval House many times over the years. Always a welcoming staff, rooms are clean, amenities including the pool are quietly and privately tucked away. Morning coffee and breakfast are super great with multiple breakfast foods and varieties. Remember to ask for daily Housekeeping because they leave it to you to otherwise. Checkout is easy. Close to Everything on Duval St. "

"The room and pool area were clean and pleasant. Good hospitality from staff including bartenders Alejandro and Jefferson. Unfortunately, the room remained humid due to the bathroom connection to the rest of the unit (above door) and wall A/C unit. Biggest drawback is the roosters on property and next door which do their best to wake you up at 4:00 AM. I suggest ear plugs and/or other sleep aids. "

"Great staff and location. Loved our porch. Liked our room very much, though they may want to update the tech situation. Wifi was weak and cable TV issues occurred while we were there. Would have helped if we could’ve accessed our streaming services. Some additional shelves and hooks would be very helpful in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put anything. Other than those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend. "
