"Lovely stay give stars. Hotel is equipped with a luggage room and showers, so very convient. It was quite a walk from the strain station when loaded with baggages, but the view was good. Very close to the beach. Staff at the bar was super friendly. Good ambience at the evening shows. I enjoyed the evening buffets very much. However the morning coffee from the machine was awful, please upgrade that if you can."

"Coming from Canada, we are used to go to All Inclusive and we were well aware the experience would be different. we wanted to enjoy beach time European style and we were not disappointed. Nice property, clean grounds, nice pools. You do not need to have dinner at the hotel, there are multiple choices outside the hotel. However, we had dinner at the hotel a couple of nights and it was great. The only down, which we knew was that you have to walk a block, and under the train rails (a tunnel) to make it to the beach."

"Pros: It's a pretty impressive place. Great location. Step out behind the hotel and there's a 2 mile strip of nonstop hotels, food, outdoor carnival, etc. The beach is a short 7-10 minute walk away. Extremely family-friendly. It's lots to do, but you need to ask the front desk about nighly activities, board and card games available, and neabrby attractions. Cons: the food was a hit or miss. During the week, the meats had zero seasoning. During the weekend, it was quite delicious. The "family room" that appears to be 2 bedrooms online, does have a separate door to swipe the beds, but there is no living room space. So, no couch or kitchen. Only one sitting chair. If yoy don't mind being altogether, it's good. Ask the front desk about paying for lunch and/or dinner upfront. It will be cheaper than paying each night at restaurant. Beverages are not included in the buffer. Only water. But it's only about 1.50 ERUO P"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
