Beautiful hotel, everything was perfect. Lovely rooms, all very new and clean. Roof top pool was just fantastic. Breakfast was the best we have ever had, an amazing amount of options. One of the best hotels we have stayed in!

Let's start with the cons. #1 The bathroom is open plan - meaning that the sinks are not private. Nor is the bath. And the toilet itself offers very little privacy. You have to ask your partner to put in their earplugs when you go to the toilet. Also no small sink in toilet to wash hands. You have to come out to wash down in the open. In my experience, no matter how long you have known your partner - and no matter how much in love you may be - you do not want them to hear your noises on the toilet. You still want some privacy when performing in the bathroom. #2 If you book full board which means breakfast and evening buffet, you will not get any water (not even tap water) with your meal unless you pay for it. All drinks have to be paid for. They don't even provide coffee. At breakfast, you get everything without extra charge. #3 They hold corporate events which means some areas - like the bars and pools - get closed for the other guests. And these events can be noisy. Everything else is perfect. Great staff, super clean place, great rooms if you pick Junior suite and a decent choice at breakfast. Overall I give it 7/10

Sadly very disappointed with so called five star hotel. On the 1st day we arrived. No one to help with luggage to take into our room. Or when you departure Reception staff said if we stayed more then 4 days then we can book to eat at any other restaurant in the hotel. I booked half board so thinking, meal would be included. But sadly not as we found out when we got into the restaurant. 1st day at breakfast i sad i had food allergies and 3 of us are vegetarian. There was nothing labelled. The all the salad didn’t have sperate spoons so people using same for meat as well as salad. I was offer somethings from the kitchen. Having mentioned all these things only few had lables on the food but not all. I thought at least they are trying. But day 3 gone back to no labells. I we staying for 6 nights. It got worse as days went on. Only if you lucky have 2 vegetarian dishs. i have allergies so just plain pasta and plain veg and salad for me. They offered to make something me. To my suprise i got boiled chickpeas and boiled veg. And 1 night vegan hamburger which was not cooked properly. Veg given was luck warm. After talking to the manager nothing changed. She must have passed massage on but the kitchen staff to willing to listen. Today i asked for vegetarian nachos,and i got I would not recommend this hotel for people who are vegen, vegetarian or eat halal. The staff use the same knife to cut everything.

Hotel und Zimmer sind sehr schön. Lage des Zimmers eher ungünstig wenn eine Großveranstaltung im Hinterland ist und man nachts die Fenster geöffnet haben möchte. Wir hatten eine Woche lang Oktoberfestbeschallung bis spät in die Nacht.

We verbleven een week in Atzavara en in het algemeen hebben we er een mooie tijd gehad. Het hotel is heel stijlvol en de kamers zijn ruim. Ze werden elke dag grondig onderhouden door de housekeeping, wat we echt wisten te waarderen. Fijn ook dat er een combinatie van bad en douche is, want thuis hebben we geen bad. Het hotel heeft veel bars en gezellige plekken om iets te drinken. Soms sloten die echter vroeger dan aangekondigd of bleken ze onverwacht privé, waardoor je plots alleen nog in één bar terechtkon. Daar waren dan soms enkel natte stoelen beschikbaar of stond de muziek heel luid binnen. Qua personeel hadden we wisselende ervaringen: sommige medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, anderen straalden eerder uit dat ze hier liever niet stonden. De zwembaden en ligplekken zijn een groot pluspunt: heel veel ruimte en geen gevecht om een bedje te vinden. Wel waren de meeste zwembaden behoorlijk koud; voor een vijfsterrenhotel zou lichte verwarming welkom zijn. Pas later ontdekten we dat er toch één warmer zwembad bestaat, maar dit staat nergens vermeld en is bovendien een pak kleiner. Begrijpelijk dat het daardoor rustiger blijft, maar het zou fijn zijn als alle zwembaden die aangename temperatuur hadden. De redders aan het zwembad zijn bovendien erg streng en er mag geen muziek gespeeld worden, wat de sfeer soms wat minder maakt. I can't say that this hotel is bad, but several moments ruined good impression, mostly about the service (or lack of normal service). As an example, in the room for 3 people we found only 2 glasses and 1 vanity kit, and bed for 1 person was without normal size pillow. We requested extra glass and pillow from reception, it didn't help. Finally, in the last evening, we tried to boil water for the cup of tea in the kettle (provided by hotel) in our room. As a result, water and chemical foam (it looked like foam from some washing detergent) came out of kettle (it was properly closed BTW), spilled on the table and scared us. When we came to reception to complain about it, receptionist Mir didn't even said that he is sorry about this situation - he started to ask questions like 'what did you put in the kettle', being extremely rude. This situation and the fact, that other receptionist didn't warn my friends before they left the hotel, that the day they were leaving, the road in front of hotel is completely blocked by the market and the bus have no chance to pick them up (even though they discussed that my friends plan to take the bus next morning). I don't recommend to stay in this hotel, the service there doesn't meet any expectations for 5 starts hotel (or good hotel in general)

Godt og børnevenligt hotel. Mange aktiviteter (shows etc for børn). Lækkert pool område. Generelt nyt og lækkert hotel. Vi havde dog nogle udfordringer ift kommunikation med receptionen.. og måske lidt 'storcenter' agtig følelse (ikke vores yndlings 5* hotel, mangler lidt på finish/service og hygge). Men generelt godt

Séjour fantastique, l’hôtel dispose de tout, on a pas envie de sortir quand on a les pieds dedans, nous avions pris une suite et pas déçu du tout, elle est top. Les piscines, le personnel, les restaurants et l’incroyable buffet!!

Big hotel, not sure it's a 5 star, but it was ok. Room's are nicely decorated but missing basic things like a hook to hang up your towel. Staff service is mixed, some really good, some not the level a 5 star hotel should be. Lots of families with young children.
