"The hotel is stunning — spacious, modern rooms, great bars and restaurants, and a fantastic pool area. However, there are a few drawbacks: there’s no beach access (areal photos are misleading), and frequent corporate events with loud music often go on until midnight, which can spoil the atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but the quality doesn’t fully match a true 5-star standard. Overall, an impressive place, just not ideal if you’re after quiet relaxation."

"We had 1 bed apartment.. lovely balcony, no sun but thats the position of the hotel.. massive shower and kitchen had everything we needed.. Loads of sunbeds, pool lovely. Breakfast was super too. Location was great, on the main street 2 minutes walk to beach"

"This was a lovely hotel. The staff were really kind and helpful. Food was good with a lot of choice. The only downside I can think of was the weird long pillow that I’m really not used to and, not the hotels fault, but I had rather drunk, loud people on a balcony above me which meant I wasn’t able to even think of going to sleep until 2am. Apart from that it was a good choice of hotel. "

"We stayed 12 nights at Alegria Mar with the all-inclusive option and checked out today. Our room with a sea view was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area. A special thanks to Mateos and Jessica, the waiters who made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!"

"The room was small for 4. Beds blocked the wardrobe. There was a double balcony but the entrance to half of it was blocked by a fake wall. It was noisy, with the balcony overlooking the neighbouring hotel with loud air conditioning units. The pool was nice and there was free parking nearby. It was a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was good but the staff were militant about taking a pastry out if the dining room with me, literally chasing after me to shout at me. "
