This house has a great location, its 5 mins walk from Erie Rec Center that offers all kinds of sporting facilities, including indoor pool, hot tub, Rock climbing, Gym, the Anythink Library. Its also close to Erie Midtown where there are many community activities such as farmer's markets, fireworks etc. Everything one can think of is within 5 minutes. Check out the Video Walkthru also.

We have priced the house very low so smaller families can afford it as well as large ones. This is a huge house and it's not always that people need a house this large. The best way to look at the price is to look at your cost per person per night. Also we have greater costs for laundry, hot and cold water usage, greater cleaning costs, more wear and tear on the property as the number of people increase. We charge modest price per person to recover these costs. So Please make sure you select the correct number of people on your reservation, The last thing we want is to have any dispute about this.
In terms of accessibility its about 35 mins drive from the Denver International Airport, 40 mins away from Downtown Denver, 20 mins or approx 10 miles away from Boulder and Longmont, about an hour away from Estes Park/Rockymountain National Park. About 30-40 mins from Loveland Ski areas where you can go snowboarding or snow tubing.
If you are visiting Denver area from out of town, this house can be a your own comfortable base for all kinds of activities or get-togethers with family and friends.
What you get:
1st Floor : Has a bedroom and a full bathroom, formal dining room, Open concept Living room with High Vaulted ceilings and Kitchen. There is huge island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances such as fridge, dishwasher and Gas stove. There is also an over sized 2 car garage. The house has a huge Patio and deck with patio furniture.
2nd floor: Has a huge Master bedroom with 5 piece bath, a loft area for kids to play and two additional bedrooms.
**The whole house is cleaned by professional cleaning staff who really appreciate your help in putting the dirty linen/towels in the laundry basket, load the glasses, dirty dishes, pots in the dishwasher and put the full trash bags in the trash cans that are in the garage.
** We do not want any food or drinks anywhere outside of the kitchen-dining or patio area. Please check for any existing stains on carpets when you checkin and take pictures and let us know immediately about it, so you are not held responsible for it. The housekeeping staff inspects the whole house before checkin and after checkouts for any damage. If there are stains on the carpets after you have checked out, the cost of remediation will be your responsibility, and it is not cheap, your deposit probably will not cover it either.
Also due to few bad experiences in the past where people tell us they will have 4 people, whereas they had 10 people instead based on neighbors complains, we are forced to install security camera system that monitors all entries and exists into the house.
We do allow certain breeds of dogs. Please do not smoke or do illegal drugs anywhere inside the house. You can smoke on the patio in the backyard while the door is closed so the tobacco smoke smell doesn't get into the house. The last thing we want is to have any disputes on this matter. Finally, we are in this for the long haul and we try to add things or do everything possible to enhance comfort and convenience for our guests, so we really want to know your suggestions and we hope that we become your go to property management company for your needs. We manage over a dozen properties in Denver area and are constantly trying to add more to our portfolio.
We try to keep adding popular amenities however, we have to ensure we can maintain them and keep them clean. A lot of folks have asked us to add a hot tub but currently we do not have it at the house as there is no way to ensure the hot tub stays hygienic with so many people using it. You can use the hot tub at the rec center nearby. The last thing we want is to let anyone get sick due to scum build up.
Please note: We do not allow any kind of smoking or use of marijuana or illegal drug use on the property (inside or outside), this is a family friendly neighborhood and there are lots of children in the neighborhood. We are responsible Property management company and we will not permit any behavior that attracts negative attention from our guests. All guests are expected to respect HOA community rules as well as be courteous to neighbors. If we receive any complaint of loud noise, laud talk or shouting or smoking or any parties or unauthorized guests without exception guests will be evicted swiftly. Guests will also loose their deposit. Anybody from the neighborhood can inform us. We do not want our property to be source of any sort of nuisance period. Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 71 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system.
In order to protect critical HVAC equipment, During Winters, guests can adjust temps upto a maximum of 72F, In summers Airconditioning is limited to 74F
