Cleanliness was not as good as my previous overnight stay. Mirror missing in room and defective spot light. Bed a bit squeaky. The room was very spacious but I thought I could have been allocated a nicer one for a five night stay. The staff was polite and courteous enough. The breakfast on the go was slightly disappointing. "

"The room I stayed in was clean and decent bed linen towels ect but the furnishings were out of date and very tired I never ate breakfast so I can not comment on this and the Bar menu was very limited The food however was always hot and cooked well"

"Our room was cosy & clean in the Garden house. We loved the buggies that took us all around the different parts of the estate. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Our Sunday dinner was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. The SPA tailored massage treatment given by Sylvia was so amazing. The indoor swimming pool was lovely. The saunas & jacuzzi was so relaxing. We had an amazing Birthday celebration at Beaverbrook. I highly recommend this hotel. "
