Private terrace + land (swing). Tarmac courtyard (1 vehicle). Charging station for electric vehicles (additional charge - contact the owner) Ski le Granier 2.5 km, Désert d'Entremont (alpine + cross-country) 4.5 km. Challes les Eaux developed lake 20km. Bright and spacious cocoon in a renovated country house in the heart of a charming typical little town. Good comfort. Pleasant and warm. Unobstructed view of the Granier. Gite in the heart of the village, located 2.5km from the Granier slopes, 4.5km from the Désert d'Entremont and 22km from St Pierre de Chartreuse/Le Planolet, small family ski resorts. Cross-country ski trails in the countryside at the Déserts d'Entremont or the Nordic site of St Hugues de Chartreuse 25km away. In the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park, a splendid massif full of history and authenticity. Ideal location between Grenoble and Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History. Numerous sporting, aerial and fun activities and leisure activities in the villages of the Entremonts Valley. Destination offering a wonderful playground for nature lovers, winter and summer!
