Terrace and private grounds. Private parking (1 space). Sheets included, beds made. Total floor area, including attics: 45m². Duplex cottage in a country house, located 2 km from the Granier slopes and in the immediate vicinity of the town centre on foot. South-facing hillside. Typical residential hamlet in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. Pleasant, preserved natural setting on the edge of the forest and river. Large exposed terrace and grounds. Superb panorama. Gîte located at the entrance of the village, 2.5km from the Granier slopes, 4.5km from the Entremont Desert and 22km from St Pierre de Chartreuse / Le Planolet, small family ski resorts. Cross-country ski trails in the heart of nature in the Entremont Deserts or the Nordic site of St Hugues de Chartreuse 25km away. At the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park, a splendid massif steeped in history and authenticity. Ideal location between Grenoble and Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History. Numerous sports, air and fun activities and leisure activities in the villages of the Entremonts Valley. Destination offering a wonderful playground for nature lovers, winter and summer!
