"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."

"I had been driving for over 12 hours. All I wanted to do was have a soak in a hot bubble bath. I paid damn near $200 to ensure that I would be able to. When I finally get to the room, it was a huge disappointment. In the tub was a semi-permanent slip pad in the tub. The was old bath scum and crud stuck all around the edges, so the hot bath is out of the question. I figured a hot shower would have to do. When I turned the shower on, the water sprayed all over except in the right way....and it was piping hot. The cold water was not working properly. I tried to close the door to the restroom to avoid the water getting everywhere...and guess what???????? The door would not close. At all. No latch. At that point I just gave up. I was already undressed and unpacked so I did not have the energy to get dressed and pack up again to request another room. I just fell asleep crying out of sheer disappointment and disbelief. I was in #133. Sadly, I will never stay there again, and I will not recommend it to friends or family. I'm almost certain that you will read this and not really care...nothing will be done or resolved. Nothing to right your wrong. Customer Service no longer exist. I have stayed at other Wyndam Hotels. This was not it."

"May 13th-15th 2026 Appearance from the outside is very appealing. Was welcomed when I 1st walked up to check in Katrina was very hospitable she gave the Hubby & I a goodie bag with peanut butter & cheese nabs (nostalgic reminded me of my childhood as those were & are my dads favs), a granola bar & 2 bottles of water! There were also complimentary goodies like sleeping eye masks & earplugs thankfully we didn't need the earplugs as we had a nice quiet, comfy stay! So sweet & thoughtful of you guys to offer that as I can imagine it can get rather noisy on the weekends! Icing on the cake on day 2 when we were heading back to our room from the cruise Katrina remembered us & asked how we were doing & how our stay is going! I loved her personality! The lobby was nice & the complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of things to choose from! We stayed in the Studio King Suite room was clean & comfortable, the Kitchen has a full sized freezer fridge combo, microwave & stove top to cook in or on if you'd like! They aslo had pots, mixing bowls, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, toaster, knives, serving utensils, silverware, deep sink, dish rags ~n~ dish soap! Bathroom was spacious loved the walk in tub with the sliding glass door! Bed was comfy & pillows were fluffy! Forgot to take pictures of the room on the first day so the perfectly made bed had already been slept in haha! They have a pool outside with a lift which I love & the patio area was perfect with a firepit & grill!"

"The location was perfect for our plans. The room is clean with all the amenities required and parking spaces were no problem. The host was able to inform us in checking in/out procedures etc. There is a binder inside the room for the basic info. We like the old house but we will probably reserve another room in that building on our next visit because on the last night we notice how dark it can get outside the door, I guess that's why it's called the "Hideaway"."
