We only stayed here for one night but our stay was super comfortable. The rooms and the hotel building overall smelled so nice and was maintained very well. It looked like it was renovated recently. The staff was kind and helpful and parking was a breeze. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of options enough for all the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Pensacola.

The pool was the only issue we really had. It was dirty, cloudy and tiny. About 10ft x 10 ft. Never seen such a tiny pool for a hotel. That was the only drawback to the whole experience. Hotel was clean, needs comfortable. Great service. Very helpful people work there. Very friendly.

Welcoming and quick/easy check in. Room was on the small side, but very clean and asthetically pleasing. Parking lot is very well lit, and well kept. We left before breakfast but we did grab some coffee on the way out. Very nice hotel and we will stay there again when in the area.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. It seems to be fairly new. Plenty of space in the room since there is no dresser. Two complaints. One, it was difficult to get access to a luggage carrier. When I arrived I waited approximately 15 minutes for them to locate one since people do not return them and upon leaving i was never able to get one. I was told that guests often keep them in their rooms for use in the morning. It was very difficult to get my things to my car as an older person with knee issues. It would be nice if there were a check out procedure so they know who has one and who hasn't returned it. Also there was a bench under the TV in the room but it was too narrow to accommodate my small suitcase so I had to open in on the ground. A luggage bench would be nice.

Family of 4 stayed for nearly a week. The hotel was conveniently located to the airport. The room was clean. The room attendants were attentive, friendly and personable. The primary food attendant (should have notated her name) during breakfast was consistently friendly and ensured breakfast was stocked and area was continuously cleaned. Alice was very knowledgeable about the hotel industry and made excellent suggestions for the Pensacola area for our multi-generational family Spring Break vacation. The spacious lobby and game area were perfect for quietly winding down after long days at the beaches and other trip activities.
Local restaurant. Great food and cultural area downtown. Recommended by hotel and staff.
