"Beautiful clean and comfortable home with all the essentials. We appreciate each bedroom had a TV and convenient bathroom access. The home felt safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. A few suggestions for improvement would be to add chair in each bedroom, provide more seating in living room and additional outdoor seating for guests to enjoy the outdoor space in the back yard or front porch. Overall, a lovely home and had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pensacola and would gladly stay here again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect little B&B for a girls trip with a friend and I! We just needed a place to crash after long days at the beach. Located just a short drive from the beaches and restaurants, it was just what we were looking for. Location felt very private, laundry was a plus. Important to note, the Kitchen does NOT have a kitchen lol, just an oversight on my side of things but we had to get creative with the meals we had planned. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. I had to circle the block to find the B&B the first time as the GPS had no clue where it was located. Cindy included detailed instructions in the check in email that helped us find it no problem. Would recommend!"

"The design is beautiful and good location. It was loud next to the common area at night. All self check in. Good quality instant coffee, filtered water, nice design touches. Terrible pillows though and a little small on the room and loud next to the common area. Good value though! I was traveling for work, and I dont know I will stay again for a work trip, but for a personal trip I think it could be great!"

"This place was AMAZING! Very convenient getting to it from the highway as well as convenient getting to the bridge to go to the beach. The host goes above and beyond to make sure the guest has everything they need. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Pensacola."
